Cosy one-room apartment located in the very centre of Corniglia, next to the central square and 10 minutes walking from the seaside. Very light and fully equipped, with a charming view over the town.

CORNIGLIA is the most peaceful of the 5 towns and the best starting point to walk both the lovely trail to Vernazza and the one to Manarola through the terraced vineyards facing the water!
CITY TAX (3 EUR/pers/day) to be payed at the check in.

The space
This cosy studio/one-room apartment has a very central location, just ideal to let our guests appreciate the true life of our small town. The view over the typical colourful houses, the Church in gothic-ligurian style and the surrounding Hills makes it perfect to enjoy the local atmosphere, quiet and lively at the same time.
The unit is simple but wide and comfortable. Besides, it is fully equipped with a four-burners (cookers) kitchenette, oven, fridge, full crockery and electric kettle.
All linen (sheets, towels, table cloth etc.) is provided and, for weekly reservations, a midstay cleaning is included. Bathroom with bath tub (+hook&sprayer to be used as a shower) is equipped with hairdryer and all basic toiletries.
WASHING MACHINE is NOT IN THE UNIT, but in the BUILDING and LAUNDRY is not self-service (as pointed out in the house rules).
For younger than four years children we can also provided baby-cots.

Other things to note
My husband and I are Cinque Terre wines producers. Our winery, named "La Polenza", is one of the biggest in the full area. We make local certificated White and red wines, especially the famous Sciacchetrà, a traditional dessert wine better known as "the nectar of gods" and "meditation wine".

Besides, it will be a pleasure to give all my guests detailed information on wine-making in Cinque Terre as well as my advice on best combinations between most typical local wines & food.

I like to meet people who come from regions and countries even very far from Italy and have different habits and customs. I love authenticity and free spirits. I believe that traveling is an activity that enriches the sensitivity and culture of both travelers and those who come into contact with the traveler, because traveling essentially means exchanging experiences! I love foreign languages, and my language-letter studies have allowed me to speak at least three of them fluently (English, French, and Spanish), and I believe that the best way to progress in language learning is to practice them as much as possible. I live in Corniglia, where I rent out the units listed here and meanwhile I am a Cinque Terre wines producer - and I love both my jobs. Actually, I like meeting people from different countries and areas, all with their own habits and customs. I really think that travelling enhaces sensitivity and culture of both the traveller and anyone getting in touch with him/her, since travelling means basically Exchange experiences! I also love foreign languages and my university studies as well as my frequent contacts with people from all over the world have allowed me to speak English, French and Spanish rather fluently. I do think the best way to improve Language speaking is practising the most you can. So, be careful: if we start talking, you could not be able to stop me anymore!
