Nestling on a hill with glimpses of the sea, this cosy beamed former fisherman’s cottage called Boskensa has been renovated and refitted. It has a number of original features including an ornamental Cornish range and slate flag floors. It is just a short stroll from the beach, harbour, pubs, restaurants and shops. The coastal path is close by which offers spectacular walks with views of the dramatic cliffs and coastline of North Cornwall. From here the mystical Tintagel, Boscastle and the lovely beaches at Polzeath and Rock can be visited. Port Isaac is now best known as Port Wenn from the TV series Doc Martin. Shops 100 yards, pub 200 yards.
Eight steps to entrance. Small, cosy living room with feature range and sash windows, open plan with kitchen/dining room, all with slate floor. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Steep stairs to first floor: Double bedroom. Bunk bedroom.

Port Isaac is a beautiful traditional fishing village.The coastal path is close by which offers spectacular walks with views of the dramatic cliffs and coastline of North Cornwall. You can walk to rocky beach in Port Gaverne, shops and pub. There are buses to Polzeath with an amazing sandy surf beach and Wadebridge but ideally need a car.

Parking at the top of the hill in public car park. £35 per week. Wifi available

Super cosy spot, we loved our few days by the sea. Took our puppy with us which was great, really lovely history to this little cottage would absolutely recommend! Great value for money
