Raminhas is one of the two houses on the proporty. Ladeira, the second house is attached but the houses are fully independent. Raminhas has a full kitchen, full bathroom and a large covered terrace. The gardens are shared but since the property is situated on a large plot land (1,5 hectares), there is plenty of room for all! There are small terraces on different levels. The terrace on the top has a magnificent view over the ocean, Ria Formosa and the hills behind.

Raminhas is the renovated house, the buildings of Ladeira originally were the stables of the property. Raminhas has a separate entrance and separate parking. Both houses have all amenities and separate (private) terraces.

We renovated a lovely ruin in Quelfes/Moncarapacho since 2015 and we loved every step of it. Recently, we did the renovation of a townhouse in Tavira. We like to share the houses with others! We lived in the Netherlands, Brian is from the US, Karijn is Dutch. We have lived in the US before that. We met in the Cayman Islands, and now ended up in the Algarve.
