Unwind, relax, settle into rural farm life, soak up the sun, star gaze...
The Granary is a cosy, open-plan cottage with a log burner, on the edge of the farmyard on our peaceful, working farm, along with The Stables holiday cottage, and the main farmhouse.
We welcome you with a traditional Devonshire cream tea in the cottage - essential when visiting Devon!
The space
Winbrook Farm is nestled in the rolling hills of the Devon Cornwall border, with countryside views across the farm and beyond. We are a small working farm, with footpaths, trails and country lanes all around.
Pull off the main road, wind down the country lanes, and take a deep breath of fresh, countryside air, as you roll onto the farmyard and relax. Enjoy lazy days on the farm, sun drenched afternoons on the beach or moor, cultural and family outings galore, foody farmshop heaven, far reaching starry skies and cosy nights in front of the log burner.

LOGS: A generous sized basket of logs is included in your stay. Additional loads can be purchased at £10 per basket. You can also buy logs at petrol stations and supermarkets.
DOGS: I allow up to two well behaved dogs, for £5 per dog per night, paid on arrival. There is an enclosed lawn for them to run in, and there is usually an empty field they could run in, but this depends on farm activities. Please pick up the poo as it can infect sheep.
ELECTRIC CARS: There are 10+ electric car charging points in the nearest village, Lifton, at The Arundel, and at Strawberry Field Farm Shop - both family friendly, award winning locations. We therefore kindly ask you not to charge EVs from your holiday cottage. Thank you.
SMOKING: We kindly ask that you do not smoke or vape in the holiday cottages. Please also be careful not to smoke or vape near hay and straw on the farm! Thank you.
