This upscale 85m2, two-bedroom apartment is located in Nea Smyrni. An area with a local feel, without the hectic bustle of the city. Just a breath away from the touristic center, the Athenian seaside and the unique Stavros Niarchos Foundation. Fully airconditioned with TV's in all rooms. The spacious equipped kitchen, and 2 full-size bathrooms make it ideal for couples, solo travellers, families and business travellers.

The accommodation consists of:

- A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A sliding door in the living room allows you direct access to a balcony balcony with views of our street lined with trees. The kitchen area has a large dining table suitable for up to 8 people.

- The main bedroom has a quality bed (1.60 x 2.00) fitted with high quality linens and includes its own air-conditioning, Tv and ample closets and drawers for all personal belongings. 

- The second bedroom has a large single bed that opens into a double. Ample closet space and a TV.

- Both bathroom have a shower-cabin, wc, sink, hairdryer and other essentials.

- The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stovetop, espresso and coffee makers, dishes, utensils and plenty of space for those wishing to cook.

Nea Smirni, Greece

Nea Smyrni was named after the city Smyrna (today's İzmir in Turkey), from where a large number of refugees arrived and settled in the Nea Smyrni area following the 1922 population exchange between Greece and Turkey. It's central square is the largest in Athens full of exciting stores, cafe's & foodspots. The tram from there takes you to the touristic center or seaside of Athens.

Alsos Neas Smyrnis (Alsos meaning 'grove' or 'small wood') has an area of fifty acres and is bounded by Eleftheriou Venizelou, Ephesou, Kordeliou and Patriarchou Ioakeim III Avenues. The Alsos consists mainly (20%) of woodland trees (Aleppo pine, stone pine, cypress etc.) and ornamental trees (20%). In addition, most of this green space is covered in shrubs (cranberry, velvetleaf, myoporum and pyracantha). Today, conifers make up about 60% of the plant capacity. The plant material of the Alsos consists mainly of monoculture and introduced plants planted in very high density. Two fountains complete the architectural makeup of the area. The whole park is surrounded by iron railings.
