This huge apartment has vast water views out every window and a very large terrace.

Guest access

The guests will have access to all the amenities of the Hilton below, but more ! Such as reserving the BBQ are and in garage self parking.

Interaction with guests

We have an onsite office that is open every day, 9 am- 6 pm.

The neighbourhood

There is everything you may want and need in the building :) and if it's not, they deliver or it's super close.

Getting around

There is mass transportation just outside your door, both free, and very inexpensive. It's also very easy to get around by car.

Other things to note

This building is only a few miles from MIA airport and on the bay. Long before you arrive, you'll get a welcome from us. We have office in the same building and there are 24 hour concierge and doormen. There is plenty of public transportation as well, but we recommend taxi, supper shuttle, or rental car. We have parking as well that is in doors and well secured. You'll love it here.

The apartment was fine in itself, but they left us exactly 4 normal towels and 1 small towel for 5 people for 4 days. We also were left 2 rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels, soaps or sponges if we needed to clean anything, so basically you need to buy anything in everything you may need except for sheets. I emailed and called the property manager before I was arriving and none of my messages were returned, so I found that terribly inconvenient. It was a fine experience, but I would not return to this property nor recommend it.

Our host stayed in constant communication with us. Suggested great restaurants and were very accommodating. The listing was completely accurate. The neighborhood was extremely safe. Our apartment overlooked the water, it was so beautiful.

stayed there for 2 months. First month me and my girlfriend, second one we had a close friend. the apartment is very stylish and decent sized. could fit easily 2 couples in the bedrooms if the stay is not too long. for 1 couple and a friend it was pretty overkill. had very basic kitchenware, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. Good electrical stove and refrigerator. soap, shampoo and conditioner weren't available, but towels and pillows were. to me, location is one of the best in miami, but me and my girlfriend do love Wynwood a lot. Its close enough to miami beach and downtown also, next to the metro mover. there is 2 supermarkets walking distance (publix and price choice). still, its miami, and its very recommended you have a car. GREAT VIEW.

The apartment was fabulous, extremely clean, amazing views, perfect setup for our family of five (three young children- who swam in the awesome pool and went to the playground next door every day- perfect location!). Dalia and Jon were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a great apt and a great stay!

Our stay was SUPERB here. The people in the office are nice and very responsive and will work with you on whatever you need with no hesitation. Beautiful view of the bay and close proximity to all necessities (Publix, liquor store, restaraunts). Did I mention how nice the actual place was?! Will definitely consider staying here again on future Miami visits.

I very much enjoyed staying in this apartment. The balcony/view was great. Perfect location - walk to multiple parks, grocery store, Adrienne Arsht Center. Love the pizza truck that pulls up to the park next door most evenings. The people who live and work in the building are kind and friendly. Very convenient - ship a package, eat, or have your hair done downstairs. Jahan and Dalia are great - they took care of any requests promptly. Jon was very helpful in all communications prior to arrival before and after booking.

Very professional. Really loved the accommodations. Because of a last minute cancellation Jon and Dalia really came through and went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Our group is planning to go back to Miami next year and we will be working with Jon and Dalia!
