The Mediaeval South East Tower of Great Yarmouth's Town Wall sits over 5 floors, bathroom on the basement floor and kitchen on the top floor, it has two bedrooms, one double, one twin, if more than 4 people wish to stay then airbeds can be provided. It is situated in the King Street conservation area and is also within 2 minute walking distance of Gt Yarmouth's Golden Mile. The Tower is furnished in an eclectic manner. The cost is £100 per night with a 20% discount if booked for 1 week or more.

The space
Air mattresses x 4 with built in electric pump can be provided for 4 extra guests, (additional linen & towels for these guests are provided at £10 per head per night). There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a large dining table. Also ironing facilities, tv, radio and wi-fi is provided.

Guest access
Guests will have use of the entire Tower. There is a lockbox situated to the left of the bottom entrance door and the key code number will be shown to guests 24 hours before their check in date.

Other things to note
There is a driveway which has room for one car and there is ample free roadside parking just alongside the Medieval wall. Apart from the concrete bathroom floor and lower flight of stairs, the rest of the floors and stairs up to the kitchen are wooden, so it's a good idea to bring a pair of slippers for walking about the Tower. The Tower is unsuitable for the elderly or very young children due to the many stairs and the open plan lounge and kitchen.

There are many restaurants, take-aways, cafes and pubs within a few minutes walk, situated in and around Great Yarmouth and on the Golden Mile. The Time and Tide Museum café just over the road serves food all day and comes highly recommended.
