Conveniently located within walking distance to 20+ restaurants, beach bars and live entertainment spots in SPB, you really don't need a car once you're here.

The beautiful brand new kitchen with granite countertops and full size appliances is equipt with cookware, cutlery, silverware, kitchen electrics, glassware and even a blender so you can fix your smoothies, frozen cocktails, cook meals or fix picnics for the beach. The newly renovated, tiled bathroom is modern and sparkling clean.
This unit is decorated in modern beach chic with all new furnishings, including a new ladder desk/workstation and reliable hi-speed wifi. We provide some beach essentials for an easy vacation such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella in addition to luxurious hotel standard linens and towels. This unit offers a peaceful decor in the bedroom complete with a super comfortable bed for a restful night's sleep!

We even provide different games in the unit for some quality time together for a game night. Want to chill out after a day exploring the arts in St. Pete or soaking up the sun on the beach? Our Smart Roku TV allows you to pick up where you left off from your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+ and many more! Two blocks to sunsets and cocktails on the beach. There's a back gate that has direct access to Blind Pass and Gulf Blvd., walk two blocks and you're at Upham Beach enjoying the most beautiful sunsets and the best fishing around. Great restaurants (RumFish Grill, Rick's Reef, Agave, Woody's etc...) and weekend live entertainment (Jimmy B's Beach Bar, Toasted Monkey, PCI, Guy Harvey Sandbar Beach Bar, etc...) is a short walk. Two blocks the other direction and you're at the famous Corey Ave. weekend market and St. Pete Beach's many festivals.

Downtown St. Pete boasts the Dali Museum, the only permanent Dale Chilhuly exhibit, Museums of & Fine Arts, the historic Vinoy Renaissance Hotel, and world class restaurants. Also, it is home to the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team and Rowdies soccer team. The Mahaffey Theatre was used for auditions for TV's "America's Got Talent," and is host to traveling Broadway theatre companies. Treasure Island and surrounding areas have been used as "shooting locations" for the movies "Cocoon," "Summer Rental," and "Spring Breakers." One of these locations, John's Pass Village, in Madeira Beach, is "home" to commercial fishermen and local artisans, where you can get some of the best seafood and browse in one-of-kind shops and boutiques. Also, located in the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort on St. Pete Beach, is an art gallery featuring the works of the Guy Harvey, marine wildlife artist and conservationist. His depictions of sealife, especially of sportfish such as marlin, are very popular with sport fishermen and have been reproduced in prints.
