Rent either one bedroom or two bedrooms for a bigger family. Access to kitchen and front and side patios. Both bedrooms have private, full bathrooms. Two parking spaces in driveway. Washing machine and dryer available. Neighborhood is a +55 community, and very safe. No pets allowed. TV in each room. King sized bed in each rooms. 3 minutes away from a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. 5 mins from gas. 1 hours away from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

The space
Access to kitchen and front and side patios. Both bedrooms have private, full bathrooms. Two parking spaces in driveway. Washing machine and dryer available. TV in each room. King sized bed in each rooms. Both patios have seating areas for eating or relaxing. Piano and guitar.

Guest access
Everywhere except the garage, computer room, vegetable garden, back patio, bar area, and master bedroom if you are not booking it.

During your stay
If the booking is only for one bedroom, I will be staying in the other bedroom. I will be there during the day unless I'm running errands or meeting with friends. My granddaughter comes almost everyday to take care of the vegetable garden. But the garden is secluded and she will only go through the side patio door.

Other things to note
Utilities are new. Very clean and modern. No pet allowed as I am allergic. Please and thank you :) One bathroom has a tub. Kitchen sink has a boiling hot water and freezing cold water option for teas and coffee. The shower and the tub has grab bars.
