Excellent restaurants, fine shops, delicious bakeries and fun bars all around nearby. 5 minutes walk to Neve Tzedek neighborhood, Karmel Market, Nahalat Binyamin, Yemenite quarter, and Levinski market. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and Florentine neighborhood. 20 minutes walk to Yafo (Jaffa). Easy access to public transportation.

Please do not send a listing request on Friday night until Saturday at sunset as I won't be able to respond quickly. But other than that, I am very quick with communication.

Check out time is at 12 pm. You can store your stuff in a secured room in the building and return later to pick up before you leave.
If there will be no guest arriving the same day we'll see if you can stay later.


Free luggage storage for early arrival from 8am until check-in time at 2pm. Free luggage storage for late checkout from checkout time at 12pm noon, until 7pm. Other hours for extra cost. We will do maximum effort to help anyone in need of assistance, according to availability and other reservations.
