This is a two-storey villa of 200sq.m. on the water with magnificent views of the endless blue and absolute tranquility. The garden is perfectly fenced to keep your children and four-legged family members safe! Nies is a small settlement ideal for a quiet vacation in a wonderful bay. Villa Liana is our country house that we spent our childhood summer. We love this house but due to the daily workload we can't spent our summers there and we want other people to enjoy the house, the nature and the beauty of Nies Bay.
