6 beds - Family home situated in Lower Penarth / Cosmeston.
2 minutes walk to the Cliff Top Walk which will take you onto the Wales Coastal Path. From here you can walk along the coast to the pier and beach in 15/20 mins.
Also situated very close to Cosmeston Medieval Village and Country Park.
1 mile walk along an unused railway / cycletrack into Penarth Town Centre and Railway Station where trains depart every 15 minutes and take 10 minutes to get into Cardiff City Centre.

The space
Our house would suit a family(s), walkers, and tourists visiting Penarth/Cardiff and the surrounding area. We can take pets (to be discussed).
Child friendly home, we have many games / playstation etc. that you're welcome to use.
We have a large kitchen diner, with sofa and television. This area has an Alexa with integrated ceiling speakers. In this area We have a smart 43" TV with access to all the channels / Netflix etc.
We also have separate lounge with 2 sofas and television with electric fire.
In terms of sleeping we have 4 bedrooms, enough space to accommodate 8 people.
The main bedroom has a super kingsize bed and television with Ensuite shower room
There can be some wardrobe and drawer space made available for your stay on request.
The 2nd room is our sons room which is a large room with a double bed in and also has a pull out mattress which can be made up on request, this room can also have some wardrobe and drawer space made available.
This room has some toys and nerf guns that you are welcome to use.
The 3rd bedroom has a single bed which also has a pull out mattress which can be made up. Some wardrobe space and a drawer to be made available.
This room also has toys/books welcome to be used
The 4th bedroom is a small room which has a sofa bed with television. This room does not have a wardrobe.
We have room for 3 cars on the drive.
There is direct access out to the garden through the bifold doors

No other people other than those in booking are allowed in property unless previously discussed.

There is a Mediterrean restaurant (Ego retaurant) a short 10 minute walk away.
