My husband and I moved to the Hill Country to look after my father. After he passed away, we found we'd fallen in love with the area. We looked for a house just outside of Fredericksburg, TX and found this 1/2 acre spot with 3 structures. We didn't plan on becoming BnB owners but it just happened. My husband is Italian so we call our place The Italian Place. We made our first trip to Italy in 2015. We love meeting people and did I mention we are right on the Hwy 290 Wine Trail? Over 18 wineries in our area.
