The cottage is built on the property of the owner's house but has its own entrance. The cottage is located in a nice quiet residential area just 1 km from the Royal Palace Soestdijk. The wooded area is a paradise for cyclists, walkers, horse riders.

The cottage has its own terrace in the owner's garden.

Public transport brings you within 50 min. into the city of Amsterdam (35 min. by car) and within 40 min. into the city of Utrecht (25 min. by car).

The Cottage has been completely renovated in 2019 and can be booked since April 2019.
The Kitchen (2019) is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, senseo coffee machines, a kettle and a slow juicer.

The two single beds are upstairs in an open space that is not closed off from the stairs and the living room. You have to go through this space to get to the bedroom with the double bed and the adjoining bathroom.

Upon request, one single bed can be exchanged for a working desk.
