During these unprecedented times we are proud to have the unique opportunity to offer a fully dedicated private home in Chicago for your entire stay. For your comfort and well being, Elevated Property Management follows a scrupulous cleaning and sanitation program. Each Elevated cleaning team uses EPA-approved cleaning products and strictly adheres to CDC protocol for disinfection. Our team members wear personal protective equipment at all times, including gloves and face masks and take meticulous care to make sure the home is immaculate so that you can enjoy your stay with your mind perfectly at ease.

The Home:

We developed this brand new construction home with one thing kept in mind: to provide an unparalleled guest experience in Chicago’s energy filled Logan Square Neighborhood. The property is within walking distance to the 606 Trail and all of the amazing attractions that makeup Logan Square

What makes this property truly unique however is the main home and guest home are seamlessly joined by the backyard. This allows for large groups to enjoy time together while having ample kitchen, living, dining and bathroom space during your stay.

Upon entering the home you will walk into the light filled first living area with dramatic 14 foot floor to ceiling windows. The front of the home was designed to bring natural light in and the solar shades will provide privacy and are also energy efficient for you and your guests during your stay.

The kitchens and dining rooms are both wonderful open layouts and after returning from either the Logan Square Farmer’s Market or nearby grocer you will have a full Chef’s kitchen at your disposal. The downstairs level is a great space for movies or relaxing with a good book.

Each of the eight bedrooms includes high comfort mattresses and ample closet space for your stay. The 5.5 bathrooms are perfect to provide privacy for your guests during your stay.

The homes also contain five 4K flat screen HD TV’s for your viewing enjoyment. Cable TV available in the upstairs family room. Netflix and streaming included downstairs and upstairs master bedroom. WiFi included.

The outdoor area is wonderful to enjoy with friends and family.

The home is a magnificent modern luxury property located just off of Armitage Avenue in Logan Square. Armitage Avenue is proudly known as the “second restaurant row” of Chicago. You are a short walk away from Scofflaw, Giant, Parson’s, Moonlighter and many more of the best restaurants and bars in the city.

Logan Square is consistently ranked one of the Top 25 hottest neighborhoods in the country. Cubs fans you are only five miles from Wrigley Field. Park and Uber/Lyft to the game. We have also included some of our favorite spots on the site as well.

The strong neighborly connection is evident all around-community gardens and a locally-run farmers market. "Local" being the key word when describing many aspects of the scene: ingredients are sourced locally at their buzz-worthy restaurants; corner taps tout local, craft brews; galleries showcase local artists; and concerts and street fests promote local, upstart bands.

At the heart of this community is the actual "square" in Logan Square. The boulevards themselves are widened thoroughfares that are set apart by grassy, landscaped medians and tall, stately trees that border both its sides. The neighborhood boasts four of them in total and these link together to form Chicago's "Emerald Necklace," an expansive system of interconnected parks and streetscapes dotted with beautifully-restored mansions, handsome greystone homes and majestic churches.
