The house is located in the Morrocoy Ixtapa subdivision. It has two floors, is very bright, and has the necessary services for a family vacation.
We have air conditioning in each room and in the common area.
We have wifi and a desk with a work chair in case you want to work at home. The area is very quiet and familiar.
We are close to downtown Ixtapa and several beaches.
We have green areas and a communal pool!! We accept a maximum of 7 people.

The space
We have 3 bedrooms: on the ground floor there is one with a king size bed and on the top floor two bedrooms each with a queen size bed.
2 bathrooms, one full upstairs (you must climb the stairs) and a half bathroom downstairs (no shower)
We have air conditioning in all areas, an equipped kitchen, a smart TV with cable, Wi-Fi, a work area with a desk and chair, and a communal pool.
NO pets allowed.

Guest access
You have access to the green areas where the pool is located.
Condominium rule regarding the pool: you cannot bring food, you can play music only at low volume.
Inside the house, you can play music at a reasonable level and spend time with your family.

Other things to note
Check-in time is from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, after that time there is an extra cost, please let us know. When you arrive at the subdivision, you will find a security booth, we will give you a card for access. We have a garage for 1 car. If you have 2 cars, the second one will have to leave its identification for access and will be parked outside the house (within the subdivision)
