This room inside my home is a perfect quick stopover place for traveling along hwy 1. I rent out a studio on Airbnb & added this room as well.
I will only accept guests who try to make me feel very comfortable with 1st intro message.

The room is a work in progress. Carpet is not great, but I have pretty rugs and recently painted an accent wall. :) Perfect tiny yard for dogs.
No frills but cheap place to crash for the night w/ a comfy bed. Pets considered w/ permission and $30 pet fee.

The space
This is a small bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a chair that folds out into a single bed on the floor. I only suggest a teen or child using this as a bed.
While the carpet is not perfect, I have done my best to cover it up. :)
The closet has a few of my own belongings, but there is a small dresser if you need it.
You’ll have your own entrance with a keypad so you can come and go as you please after the initial check in.
The path to the door is a little rocky, but I have done some work to make it more accessible.
The bathroom is shared with the room across the hall, which I also rent out on airbnb, so there may also be other guests in this shared space.
The laundry room is on the other side of the room, so you may hear noise from either.

This was our home that we just moved out/currently moving out of but it was too big for our little family so I am portioning it off and renting out one room at a time.

There is no kitchen and no access to my kitchen. Though there is a single cup coffee maker, a hot water carafe and I can let you use an ice chest with ice.

There is a tiny tv and fire stick.

I also rent out a studio on Airbnb that is separate and these guests have no access to the house, but there may be other guests on the property.

Over the last two years I have learned ways of trying to make my guests more comfortable and am happy to make your stay be the best it can be.

If you would rather pay the cleaning fee in person, you are welcome to do so, just ask (saves $). Pet fee $30/pet. (You can also pay this in person.)
