The space
We are a two minute walk to Southwick station , it’s 3 stops to Brighton which takes about 12 minutes . Shoreham is one stop away and is worth a visit . We are very close to Southwick Square where there are many cafes , bars , and a very reasonably priced supermarket. We have free off road parking .

We live in a quite neighbourhood . We are close to the Station so you will hear trains go by but at night time there are very few.
Lots of amenities in walking distance , bars ,cafes even a local theatre.
Dog friendly parks are nearby and beaches.
