Located in Washago, Ontario near Muskoka (15 min to Gravenhurst), this 4- season cottage stands where the Black River connects with the Green River, giving you endless sections to explore by water with the ample water toys provided. For the avid or beginner angler in the group there is a variety of spieces to catch from yellow perch to northern pike, whitefish and largemouth bass.

For short day trips, the area has much to offer. Day trips into Orillia must include walking the cobblestone streets dotted with local shops and artisans. Every Saturday there is a local farmer's market from 8am to 12:30pm offering fresh produce, farm to table meats, and unique creations. A twenty minute drive takes you to Lake St George Golf Course featuring 27 holes that will test your skill and a 35 minute drive takes you to Orillia, offering pretty much anything you may need to shop for. If an evening of entertainment is of interest, Casino Rama is just a 20 minute drive away. Horseshoe Valley Ski Resort can be found less than 40 minutes away and multiple corss-country ski trails are available across the Severn area.
