A beautiful apartment (previously known as Apartment Oliver) only 2 min. walk from the centre, 50m from ski bus stop and 300m from the swimming pool and cross country skiing.
Perfect in both Summer and Winter, relaxing apartment with everything a small group or family could wish for in an apartment. Free access to sauna, gym, parking and Wi-fi all included in the price. Our guests will also recieve a local guest card offering additional discounts.
Breakfast available locally at a surcharge.

The space
Traditional apartment, in the eves of an apartment residence which is situated in a perfect location, with direct access to all amenities required from a Summer or Winter holiday.

Main Bedroom - Comfortable Queen bed (160cm wide x 200cm), bedside lamps, wardrobe, flat screen smart television. Space for a cot on request.

Second Bedroom - 2 x single beds, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and lamp.

Living Room - 1 large sofa, flat screen smart TV with over 300 channels in German, English, French, Italian etc. Wii console and games, books, board games etc, 1 small sofa/airmchair that can also be made up to accomodate 5th person on request.

Kitchen - Brand new fitted kitchen (Nov 2020) with microwave, hob, toaster, coffee machine, nespresso machine, fridge with small freezer compartment and kettle, Kitchen table offers space for 6, a high chair and childrens cups, plates, cutlery are also available on request. All utensils required from knives, tooth picks, to bottle openers are also provided.

Shower - Bath/shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and bidet, towels, hand soap and complimentary toiletries are included.

Balcony -Accessed from lounge and main bedroom, including balcony furniture.

Parking - in front of building and underground garage

Spa/wellness - guest can use the sauna, steam room, and relaxation area every day from 5pm.

Travel cots available upon request free of charge.

Guest card - All of our guests are officially registered with the local tourist office, this gives you a guest card which entitles you to various small discounts in and around the area, allows you to bus unlimited travel bus passes, and in winter reduces the cost of a cross country ski pass.

Even in the quiet "off season", there is so much beautiful scenery to take in, whether walking, hiking or cycling. Something for all the family, or a break with friends.

Seefeld in Tirol, Tirol, Austria

The pretty village centre of Seefeld with its attractive restaurants and shops is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
There are 3 ski areas (Rosshütte, Gschwandtkopf, Geigenbühel/Birkenlift), which are connected with the free ski bus, the nursery slopes are just a short walk away. There are over 250km of world-class cross-country trails in the vicinity. Glacier slopes can be reached within an hour's drive.
Furthermore, there are 650 km excellent hiking trails and 150 km of Nordic walking and running routes.
The Olympiabad Seefeld is located about a 3 minute walk away and in the summer you can swim in the lake or in the outdoor pool.
You can also enjoy the summer folk festivals and concerts in and around Seefeld.

Both myself and my Husband have spent more than 10 years in Seefeld, working in tourism. We have extensive knowledge of the area and are more than happy to give you as much information as we can about things to do and see when visiting Seefeld. Living only 15 minutes away we will meet you at the apartment at check in and also be there to see you off when you leave. Or alternatively if you would prefer a contact-free check-in/checkout we can also arrange that. To clarify and confusion with the name. This apartment is the second in our portfolio, formerly known as Apartment Oliver, after the sale of our first apartment (Top 22), we renamed this one apartment Alexander.
