Your room is on the 2nd storey featuring a queen sized bed, hard wood floors, a closet (improved with a small desk, chair, TV and luggage rack), a mirror and end tables. Towels and a hair dryer are also available. With the room, you have access to a private 3-piece bathroom. Summertime heat is battled with air conditioning. HD TV is sourced by an aerial so we receive: (CBC, Global, Radio-Canada, CHCH, CTV, CTV2, OMNI 1, OMNI 2, TVO, Télé-Québec, V, TVA, and City TV).
Overnight parking on the street is free and not restricted unless a significant snow fall is expected.
Guests can use our kitchen, our backyard gazebo and deck, our laundry facilities, and our wi-fi. Please wait for instructions before using the laundry.
Interaction with guests
We use this property as our home and would be pleased to answer questions about the city and the region. We have travelled frequently and thoroughly enjoy discussing great places to visit.
Other things to note
We have a programmable lock on our front entrance. If you send us a code (e.g., the last four digits of your phone number), we can program that number as your access code for your stay. No keys to worry about!
Since this is our home and we are active people with jobs, we are generally in bed by 22:30 and up by 6:00. We will try to keep the noise to a minimum during that time and we expect the same from our guests.
