Between Sentier and Bonne Nouvelle, the apartment is located in one of the most central areas of Paris. The Louvre, Le Marais, the Seine, Opéra and Galeries Lafayette are all accessible within 15-20 mins walking or even less if you take the metro. This area has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, and the apartment is close to the famous Rue Montorgeuil. However, as the apartment is located on a back street, it is not noisy. During the Summer we have a mobile AC unit in the kitchen.

The space
Welcome to this charming 40m2 apartment (1 bedroom, 1 living room) in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement. Ideal for 2 people, with a living area (sofabed 140x200cm, TV ), a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, toaster, blender), and a bedroom with a 180x200cm bed (with the necessary bedding), bathroom with toilet and shower.

Please note the apartment is located on the 5th floor with no elevator.
Please also note that the bathroom is located within the bedroom.

In order for you to have a great stay, we will provide:
- the basic products for cooking (salt/pepper, sugar, oils, coffee beans for the machine, and tea bags)
- Hygiene products such as shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, toilet roll
- Sheets for the bed (and sofa bed if more than 2 guests)
- Towels (1x towel per guest)

The apartment has fibre internet connection (wi-fi), Netflix (smart TV), Xbox and Nintendo Switch, and Bluetooth sound system

During the Summer we set up an AC unit in the kitchen / living room to keep the room cool during the day. We find that opening the window in the bedroom is sufficient to keep the bedroom cool at night.
