The studio is a comfortable relaxing room with all the comforts of home, you are able to switch off, relax and enjoy a nice peaceful time in the Lake District.

The space
This is lovely quiet area in South Cumbria, situated on the North side of Kendal, with easy access to the lake district, a 10min or so drive and you will be on the idlic shores of lake Windermere.
The property has been converted to high spec so it is comfortable, warm and relaxing. It is ideal for one or two people, either twin or double bed, if you could please state this when booking would be helpful. It has a smart TV, WiFi,microwave, fridge, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a local shop within 5 minutes walk and Kendal Town centre is approx 15 min walk. Aldi, Morrisons and sainsbury are a short drive away.
It has its own ensuite shower room with heated mirror.
There is a seating are outside on artificial grass ideal for relaxing after a busy day.

Check in times are 3pm to 9 pm. No later than 9 pm unless cleared by myself.
Check out time is now 10 am due to covid 19 to give ourselves more time to clean..

You can park on drive and have access down the side of the house, through garden to the studio where there is a seated area for guests to relax in.

Other things to note
The microwave is in cupboard next to fridge.

The shower is electric and is touch screen to start. This button is below temperature nob on shower and the mains power switch is big switch to the left outside of bathroom door.

The outside lights are sensor activated in garden so no need to switch on from inside studio.

To turn water heater on there is a switch behind kettle. This takes about 15 minutes to heat up water for dishes or washing /shaving in bathroom.

Check in time is 3pm till 9.30pm. I would like to ask guests to arrive no later than 9.30pm.

Check out before 11pm.

Towels, tea, coffee and sugar are provided and we do try and put a fresh pint of milk in fridge before arrival.
