It is a renovated and cozy house, with beautiful wallpapers, current decor, a garden not overlooked with barbecue and a sheltered terrace for meals. It's the happiness of young and old!

4 bedrooms including 1 dorm with 4, 2 double beds, 2 single beds that can make 1 double, 2x2 bunk beds. Either 10 beds or 8 individual beds. 1 large bathroom with bathtub, shower, double vanity, towel dryer and toilet, 1 separate toilet. Large living room. Fully-equipped open kitchen. Dishwasher, washer and dryer access. TV, wifi. Everything's new. Fans. Central heating. Private garden with furniture and BBQ.
Its old and thick walls keep it cool in the summer.

La Maison des Amis is part of Mas Saint-Gens, property of the 17th century. Access to all park facilities: swimming pools, bocce courts, beach volleyball courts, ping pong, pro foosball, basketball basket, large trampoline, children's games, guinguette patio, parking area.
