The space
It is a very bright fifth floor with beautiful views and a very large private balcony terrace.
It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room and a dining room with a kitchen. In the living room there is a three-seater armchair, which when the cushions are removed is approximately the size of a small single bed where a third person can sleep.
It has 2 swimming pools, one is on the terrace, with a solarium, and the other is on the ground floor and is heated, next to it is the sauna and gym.
It has 24-hour security and a doorman.
The SUM and grills can be rented and used only for long stays.

The neighborhood is beautiful, it is a new area, full of trees and squares.
It is a quiet area, you can sleep well at night and 100 meters away are all the bars and restaurants. In front of the building there is a very nice square.
The neighborhood is very convenient because it has everything close by, there is a carrefour express on the way back and all kinds of shops within 100 meters.
