Charming 45m² chalet, hot tub on the deck, queen size bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi. Situated in a rural property just 4 km from the city of Pirenópolis. Tranquility next to nature and exclusive waterfalls located on the property and its surroundings. Set in a region of magnificent beauty, in the Pireneus APA, with waterfalls, trails and beautiful scenery. For groups of up to 10 people we have the main house of Sítio Morro Velho, with a natural pool and a lot of comfort.

The space
The chalet is located on a 7-hectare rural property, with private waterfalls, forest trails, a small dam, chickens, turkeys, geese and other animals. A stunning hot tub on the deck, amidst the forest, from where you can view the sky during a sensational immersion.
Occasionally, wild animals such as coatis, monkeys, toucans, macaws and others are sighted. The property has 6 waterfalls, with the largest about 10m high. Hiking is also available in the area, to enjoy the view of the city and other nearby waterfalls (Abade is just 40 minutes away and Andorinhas is a 15-minute walk) . All this 4 km from the city. We have Wi-Fi internet and a 48-inch TV, with a 180-channel cable TV, but you won't even remember this... The chalet also has a barbecue area, kitchen with a stove, an oven and other utensils. All of the waterfalls shown in the photos are located within the property and may vary in water volume, depending on the time of year.
At the moment the quality of the internet is not good in this cottage, because in addition to being in a rural area it is located at a lower point that makes it difficult to receive the signal. We are working to improve the reception of the signal (until Nov/2021).
