Come and stay at this fully remodeled king suite studio that sleeps 4. Everything in the condo is brand new from the flooring to all of the furniture.
Besides the condo being redone, you wont be able to forget the views from this balcony. You see the ocean from every spot in the condo. what more can you ask for?

The pillow top mattress will help with a great night's sleep from the day at the beach. The sleeper sofa also has a memory foam queen bed, so everyone gets the comfort they deserve.

The space
The LandMark Resort features several amenities such as outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river and sun deck. Inside there is a waterpark for you to enjoy with several hot tubs, lazy river, pool and toddler pool area. The LandMark is the only resort in the area that has a parking garage across the street with a skywalk, allowing for safe crossing, without having to cross the street.

Since you are booking through Airbnb, you will receive a keyless code for the door, so there is no need to have to wait in the long line at guest services in order to "check in". Since you don't have to wait you can start your vacation right away.

During your vacation you will be provided linens on the bed, 4 sets of towels and a starter pack of items; such as shampoo/conditioner, bar of soap, small bottle of dish soap, sponge, trash can liner, roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. There is a Wal-Mart located on 17th Ave, about 2 blocks away from the resort, for you to obtain any additional items you may need.

The resort does provide pool towels, they do request that all the towels remain on the property. Please feel free to bring beach accessories from home or you can purchase any of those items from a local beach shop or Wal-Mart..

*** During the seasonal months (March - October) I will not do a check in prior to 4 pm. Please plan and schedule accordingly. I do not have any space for a luggage drop off***

*** Please note that check out time is at 10am. My condos are typically are turns, meaning when you check out, I usually have another guest checking in. Please make sure you are out at 10am or I will request a late check out fee of $50 per half an hour that you are past the 10am. This does not apply if you have asked for a later check out. If I can accommodate this I typically always will. I want all of my guests to enjoy the condo as soon as possible****
