This studio is perfect for travelers who would like to experience Egypt side by side with locals, while still enjoying the comforts of home. Enjoy the striking view of the Great Pyramids of Giza from the rooftop. Looking to experience the REAL Egypt? This is the answer. You can easily book a hotel, but that isn’t why you are looking at Airbnb, right? ;) By the end of your stay, you will love Egypt and the people who make it such a special place.

The space
Located in the heart of Giza, you will be 10 mins away from the Great Pyramids of Giza. Traditionally Egyptians all live together in one building, adding floors as the family grows. You will be part of the family, occupying the top floor in your studio. Don’t worry, you will have your own space and won’t need to interact with the family who lives here unless you want to.

There are two very comfortable beds. You will find fresh towels in the bathroom for your needs. Also provided are an electric tea kettle and everything you need for hot tea. There is a refrigerator in the room with cold water upon check-in. Wifi information provided upon check-in. Air conditioning available in the main bedroom area. Smoking allowed on rooftop and balcony areas.

The rooftop is definitely not to be missed. You will want to pass the hours staring at the marvel of the pyramids and soaking up the sounds of the neighborhood.

The owner Mohammed lives in the lower levels of the building and is easily contacted through the AirBnB app or WhatsApp. He will be there to check you in and hand you your key.

Other things to note
Please note Egyptian passport holders must be legally married in order to share a room in Egypt. It is illegal to book a room for a foreign national and an Egyptian or Muslim unless they are married. Please check with the relevant Consulate for more information. Therefore, we will not accept such reservations on check-in. If there is availability, 2 single rooms will be provided at additional cost to the clients. This law does not apply if BOTH guests are holders of non-Egyptian passports. You can easily walk or catch a fun and adventurous ride in a tuk-tuk as you dodge goats, camels, and donkeys in your way.
