The space
It has a private entrance and garden/firepit access. There are a number of steps down to the apartment from the main road, that might be hard for some guests, but they are clean and well lit.

We live in the residence above with our 2 children but we are not intrusive to the space unless guests need something.

There is a microwave, toaster, toaster over, kettle, French press and mini-fridge. No stove.
