The newly built apartment NOA 3 is located in Tar, a small town 10 km away from Poreč. The apartment is part of a residence with 9 apartments located in 3 neighboring structures that together form the residence. The swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue, table with Istrian stone benches, the games room with pool table, table football, flat-screen TV, sofas, and armchairs are available for shared use. The space
The spacious 54 sqm air-conditioned apartment furnished in a modern style with great care and love is located on the first floor of the main building. The accommodation consists of; a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200), equipped with two bedside tables and night lamps, a wardrobe, a shelf with a mirror, and a chair. The second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, two bedside tables with night lamps, two shelves, and a wardrobe, bed linen is provided (changed weekly. The bathroom with shower, bidet, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, hairdryer, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The "open space" living area consists of a sofa bed for two people, a two-seater sofa, coffee table, satellite TV flat screen, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioner, dining table with six seats, kitchenette equipped with electric ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, fridge with freezer area (10 l), toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine, mocca, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, kitchen utensils, smoke extractor hood. From the living area the exit to the covered terrace furnished with table and chairs. The terrace overlooks the area pool.
The house offers for shared use the swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, portable barbecue, and a large table with Istrian stone benches. The games room for children and adults is equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, table football, flat-screen satellite TV, sofas, and armchairs. The property is fenced, free public parking is located near the residence (50m).
In the structure on request, there is a space for shared use with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board on request.
Upon request, guests will receive a valid passport from the owner for entry to the Lanterna tourist village.

The port of Santa Marina where you can buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen just 3.4 km away.

The strong point of the village of Tar is the tranquility and being just a few kilometers from two renowned tourist centers such as Novigrad and Poreč.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
