My house consists of three floors:
1floor- kitchen and bathroom (new)
2floor- living room (including large couch, tv with Netflix and a home work spot)
3floor - bedroom equipped with a luxuries box-spring

This is the old city of Haarlem with a lot of alleys (free of traffic). The centre is great to just wander around.
My place is just 100m from shops, pubs, beautiful terraces. There are also city gardens to relax close by, the river ‘Het Spaarne’ is around the corner, and the big city parks -where you can hang out in the sun with a picknick or a beer-, (“Frederikspark” and “De hout”) are on a 5-10 minute walk.

By bike it is only 10 minutes to the dunes (“Kennemerduinen” or “Waterleiding duinen”) where you can go for beautiful walks. And last but not least within 30 minutes cycling you are at the beach (“Zandvoort” or “Bloemendaal”).
