Set in a superb location, at a distance of 1 kms from the fabulous beach of Benaulim in South Goa, this is an exquisite 1 bedrooms fully furnished holiday apartment with a common swimming pool in a gated complex. The apartment has an equipped kitchenette and all the comforts one needs for a homestay while on a holiday. The apartment is on the ground floor.

This 1-bedroom apartment is located within a gated complex and a swimming pool. Offering an exceptional standard of comfortable furnishings, the bedroom is air-conditioned, and has a ceiling fan, a queen sized bed, satellite television airing all international movie & sports channels, hairdryer, 1 attached bathroom in the bedroom with cold/hot water and a private balcony. One common toilet near the hall area. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, gas range, microwave, toaster, crockery/ cutlery/ glassware/ cookware, dish washer, a washing machine. Guests are encouraged to use these facilities and cook in the apartments.
For more variety in food and beverage, guests can travel to the beach where there are some shacks offering a variety of cuisines or take a taxi to the village center nearby where there are restaurants well known for their local cuisines.
