This beautiful home is designed for you to never want to leave. Equipped with everything you will need. 3500sq ft beautifully decorated open plan home with 4br/3ba in the hills. Huge pool, Hot tub, Infrared Sauna, Cold plunge, firepit, large outdoor dining/garden area, lounge chairs, and outdoor tv area. Inside are 4 large bedrooms, open kitchen, large glass rotunda and a cozy room with a fire place and bar area with a pool table. House is 100% solar powered. Pool can be heated for $80/day

The space
The space is designed with everything you need to enjoy and relax your vacation so you'll never want to leave. Very private yard to grill, swim, relax and play games. Enjoy morning coffee by a wall of windows in our large sitting/entertaining room. The view of the mountains from the backyard is unique to the Cove. Brand new furnishings include comfortable tempurpedic beds, luxurious linens and beautiful natural light throughout the house. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees in the winter for $$80/day. Please request prior to your arrival so it can properly heat up.

The yard is full of lush fruit trees, desert vegetation, plenty of outdoor seating options and games to enjoy. Whether you feel like relaxing in the pool or lounge chair all day, doing contrast therapy in our infrared sauna and cold plunge watching an outdoor movie or dining under string lights in our outdoor garden.

House trained, short haired and well behaved Dogs allowed with a $100 fee per dog. Maximum of two dogs per stay. Undeclared dogs are subject to forfeiture of security deposit. The garden keeps the space incredibly private with your only views being the palm trees and mountains.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. Eat dinner inside near the fireplace or outside in the garden under the stars.

The front wing of the house has 4 bedrooms equipped with 6 beds and 3 bathrooms.

Plenty of parking behind our driveway gate for privacy.

Totally private compound. Clean, safe and sanitized.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire compound.

Other things to note
The desert is a wonderful work of nature. We do our best to maintain the property but sometimes nature wins. The winds can be unpredictable and quite strong. If the pool has leaves and yard trimmings in it upon your arrival, please let us know and we will send someone to skim. The house is exterminated regularly but you will find the occasional lizard, beetle or water bug on the property. Let us know if you have any issues and we can come handle it as well. We want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and peaceful. Should any issue arise, please let us know so we can make your stay the best
For stays over one month, we ask to have a cleaning done every two weeks to help maintain the house.

Neighbourhood highlights

The Cathedral City Cove is a wonderful unique part of the desert. You are tucked up high in a mountain area with views of the entire valley. You are in a neighborhood filled with artists and unique, well taken care of homes. There are neighbors on either side but the home is very private and no one can see in the yard or house. Cathedral City is home to Target and Traders Joe's as well as movie theaters, restaurants, Boomers Go-karts and a few fun vintage and thrift shops. The Cove is about a 10 minute drive from Palm Springs airport, 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and 15 minutes to the shopping district on El Paseo in Palm Desert.
