We were a party of three pensioners who thoroughly enjoyed a short stay. The property was charming, immaculate and comfortable, with all necessary facilities, and it was clear that a lot of creativity had gone into making the accommodation of high quality - lots of interesting touches, with a comprehensive guide/advice booklet. Communication prior to our visit was exactly what was required, and the check-in/check-out procedure easy to follow. We can unhesitatingly recommend Eugene's property.

Response from Eugene:
Very kind words Henry. Thank you very much. It was a pleasure hosting you and your group and I'd be more than happy to have you back again in the future. All the best.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Eugene's house for NYE. His place is a real gem. The location is perfect - a stones throw away from the stunning Galway Bay and a short walk into all Galway City has to offer. The house itself cozy, homely and exactly as it's says on the tin. Eugene is a superb host - quick to respond, helpful for suggestions and tips and he's complied a guidebook with tips and hints for exploring the local area. The icing on the cake for our trip was the card Eugene had left to wish us a happy new year and reveal some fizz and refreshments he had left complimentary.

Aw. I'm delighted that you had a nice New Year Catherine. It was a pleasure to have you. The terrace house is a great little getaway spot for 2 when you need a bit of time off. You're more than welcome back anytime. :)

My family has been letting property for over 30 years so we like to think we know a thing or two about making people feel welcome and comfortable.

Generally, I take a hands-off approach to hosting. I'll be in touch before you arrive to ensure you know where you're going. When you arrive, you'll be able to collect the keys using instructions that I'll send you. Of course, someone is available immediately if you have any questions or troubles during your stay.

Some of my favourite places to visit include Barcelona, Amsterdam and the Netherlands in general, Berlin, Munich, London and Paris.

India, Vietnam, Japan and South Korea are next on my list!
