Modern farmhouse vibe-3 room suite. Sleeps up to three guests. King bed in large main BR w/ sitting area, Roku/TV/DVD player. Large 2nd room with kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, micro, and Keurig), dining area. 3rd room (small BR) with a twin sized bed (36” high). Privacy for each room. Key code/Stairs to entry.Right off I-20: easy access to Shreveport/Bossier. Country views/pond/deck. On site security.

We charge a $100 cleaning fee per guest if not prior approval

*No third party bookings. The person making the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay unless prior approval

*No pets allowed. There is a $250 pet cleaning fee per pet if pets are found on the property.

*Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in each bathroom.

There is one king-sized bed in the guest suite and one twin-sized bed. The twin bed is 36” off the floor and has a step stool. It’s in a very small room off the main room. For entertainment, there is a Roku device for signing into streaming services and a DVD player. *There is no cable or satellite TV service. Towels, toiletries, snacks and drinks included for all of course!
