Typical Swedish red house in a very quiet summer residential area. Right by the lake and woods with plenty of berries and mushrooms. Beautiful sunsets . 2 km from the highway .35 min from Stockholm city, 40 min from Arlanda Airport.There is bikes,kanot and kajak,paddle board,badminton,krocket..Please be aware that the photo of the dock at the lake is the neighborhood bathing place, 2 2-minute walk from the house. Pool is not in function.

The space
This is an all year around house with lots of out door activities such as lighter social games like kubb,crocket,bool,dart,badminton as well as kanot, kajak, bicykles , pool,fishing and acces to the neigberhood tennis court. Muchroom and berry picking in the fall and cross country skiing and is skating in the winter.You are 2 min from the neighberhood bathing dock wich is very child friendly. This is a very quite area with pitoresk roads with the typical read Swedish houses.

Other things to note
House rules :
No smoking inside house.
No animals , no candels inside the house and no parties.
The cleaning is not included ,so it will have to be donne by the guests. The house will be clean when you arrive and must be left cleaned. If failing so, there will be a charge of a professional cleaning service.
If loosing the key, there will be a charge of 200$ to replace the lock.
You are welcome to use everything in the house and the out door equipments, incase something brakes ,please replace it to an equally simulair item or you will be charged for replacing it.

Very quiet and friendly neihgberhood. You have plenthy of privacy as there is a big garden and terrasse facing the lake.You are 2 km away from the highway that will take you straight to Stockholm 40 min or the other way Norrtalje 10 min. There is frekwent busses going in both directions.
