Ideally located in the famous and typical Port area, this stunning studio is very central, well equipped and the perfect base for a great stay in Nice!

The space

The apartment is on the fifth and top floor of a nice building. The lift will take you up to the fourth floor and you’ll be left with only a few steps to get to the flat.

When you step out of the building, just cross the street you’ll be on the Marina with its beautiful and colourful fishing boats ☺

This cosy studio consists of a living area with an open kitchen. The sofa bed (as seen on the pictures) has recently been replaced by a standard double bed! The flat has lots of light and an amazing view of the Marina and the Castle Hill.

Great location for what I was after. Old building & lift like many in nice. Flat is small & bright. Air con worked well. Communication prior to checkin was good and no problems during stay. Good spot & well priced.

This is a fantastic little spot. This isn't a super large and luxurious space, but it is a really great stay for two. The building, like much of the city of Nice is pretty old but the studio was perfect for our needs. As long as you are not trying to cook, listen to music from the tv, run the AC and maybe have a couple other lights on, you won't have many problems with the electric fuse box. The stove and stink are somewhat dated and small but are just fine. The only complaint is that we would have liked to either have an onsite laundry machine or a few more bath towels as there were only a total of two plus a bath mat. Being that we are in Nice, we are coming from swimming at the beach pretty much every day, so a few more bath towels would have been good. If you are traveling with someone who has difficulties with stairs, the elevator will take you to the 4th floor, but there will be one more fairly steep and bending staircase that could pose a challenge. Otherwise it should not be a problem and was not an issue for us. The negatives are only minor, I would defiantly stay here again. Its at the top of the building so the rooftop window/skylight opens up and gives you a great view of the city, sea, and mountains. It is right next to a bus stop that you can use to get to the airport and its about at 15 minute walk to the train station which can take you west toward Marseille or east to Monaco and other little French villages (Eze) on the riviera. Travel for a day trip to another nearby city or town is easy and I would highly recommend it. The studio is more or less right on the Port, so if you get tired of walking into old town, there are many nice restaurants, shops, and bars within a few blocks. I would recommend going immediately next door for your morning croissant or a panini. I don't recall the man's name who works the little shop but he is a character and makes a mean pan au chocolate. The neighborhood generally gets quite at night so you should be able to sleep well. If you do want to go out nearby, the Boston was a small and fun club for dancing and had outdoor leather couches to chill out with your mojito.

Out Star was Great. Central flat at harbour. Small but nice apartment. Only thing: window should have been cleaned. Thank you!

The location is well placed, and relatively easy to find using public transport, though this will become easier as the city finishes its improvements to the tram system. The lodging is clean and bright. On the standard hotel star rating system, I'd say it competes in the two star category, but within that category it gets very high marks. I would use again, and recommend to others.

The Port 1 apartment was a great place for us! Convenient location and a gorgeous view. The apt is a block away from a nice supermarket which we utilized several times for lunch, snacks, and breakfast. It is close to the main square and the lookout mountain which we explored twice! A quick walk to the other side of the inlet is where the pebbly beach is as well as more food, shopping and tourist attractions can be found. The apartment was clean and cozy, perfect for us.

Hi :-)

My name is Fanny and I'm French.
After traveling and living in several countries around the globe I finally came back home to Nice 5 years ago and I love this city!

I used to be an event production manager but in 2012 I decided to start my own business and the fast expansion of the holiday rentals industry seemed like a good opportunity for me.

I've travelled a lot and I know how the accommodation you stay in and the people you meet while travelling can impact your stay.

So when I started ZEN Holiday Rentals I knew I wanted to give my guests a true local experience and a high quality of service.
The properties I manage are not mine but I treat them like if they were and I know them as well as my own home. Actually, most of these properties I've furnished and decorated myself!

I am very proud to manage properties that are up to high standards, well maintained and super clean. I also make sure that each property is fitted with everything you might need for a great stay in a home away from home.

From the moment you book till the end of your stay, you'll be assigned a local point of contact. All our team members are very friendly, speak several languages and know Nice very well so you'll be in good hands!

Thanks for choosing us and we are looking forward to meeting you soon :-)
