Modern townhouse in quiet gated community (5 houses) within walking distance or short drive/bus into town. House is presented over three floors. Bedroom and private bathroom are in semi-basement next to kitchen. The kitchen leads onto a sunny courtyard garden. Guests can use the sofa/tv in kitchen as arranged with family. Bedroom also has a tv. Happy to provide breakfast. Private parking available for one car. We have a small family dog who is very friendly.
