Welcome to this charming, spacious holiday home with two living areas on two levels, connected by an internal staircase and a connecting door. The house, complete with a garden and terrace, offers plenty of space for families and friends, and the lake is just a 10-minute walk away. The space
Visit our spacious and charming holiday home featuring two cozy living units – separated only by a staircase and an interior door. Each unit offers a large living area, a bedroom, as well as its own kitchen and bathroom. The surrounding garden invites children to play and adults to relax, while the terrace, newly designed with wooden decking, provides complete privacy.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A spacious bathroom with a separate shower, bathtub, double sinks, and toilet, as well as an additional guest WC, ensures comfort in the mornings without congestion. The well-equipped kitchen, the cozy dining area, and the generous living room complete the ground floor and offer direct access to the terrace – ideal for relaxing outdoor moments. A barbecue is, of course, available.

On the upper floor, you will find another large living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the expansive green school meadow. A second kitchen allows for flexible meal preparation, while an additional bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with both bathtub and shower complete the comfort.

For your convenience, a washing machine, dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron are available in the basement.
