Behaviour as in own home!
I am retired, 87 years old, I lost my wife, Dagmar five years ago after 55 wonderful years together, I have 2 children, Conrad 57, Birgitte 55 and 4 superfine grandchildren, Signe 26, Malte 21, Pauline 20 and Ditlev 18 of who all I am very proud and bring me great joy.
I have been employed at Danfoss for 35 years, the last 18 years as a technician engineer in the sales department for hydraulic components, where my job mainly
consisted in providing service and information to our dealers and salesmen abroad. This gave me a large social Network, which I am still a part of, 21 years after my retirement.
Besides business trips for Danfoss visiting customers, Dagmar and I have often visited the capitals of Europe, visiting museums in the daytime and concert halls at night. One of these music events has especially made its mark: Twice we have been present at The Last Night of the Proms in the Royal Albert Hall in London. It was beautiful, marvellous, touching and very British, as we were all standing, waving the flags and singing God Save the Queen. A wonderful and very emotional experience. Also we several times have been visiting friends all over in USA.
Classical music is still a great part of my every day life. All day long I am listening to NDR 3 Kultur, a German channel, mostly classical music with the slogan:Hören und Geniesen (listening and enjoying).
