A semi-detached charming townhouse in a highly-rated development at the Golden Mile of Nueva Andalusia – Costa del Sol.
The house is beautiful, modern and family friendly, with numerous possibilities for a wonderful holiday. Walking distance to the beach and beach clubs, by car 5 minutes to the prestigious harbor of Puerto Banus and 11 minutes to the center of Marbella, with its famous orange trees square and lovely little streets and restaurants. The airport is at 45 minutes.
Within a small radius of this development are some of Europe's most prestigious golf courses! A tranquil oasis yet within close proximity to every amenity, making it an ideal location.
Just a 4 minutes drive up the hill or 6 minutes down the hill you find restaurants, supermarkets, bus stations, bakery, pharmacy, dental services, main coast road to all Costa’s, Marbella, Estepona and Puerto Banus.
The development is beautiful and has been designed by Melvin Villarroel (one of Spain’s top architects). It is very well maintained, green, and secure. There are two large swimming pools with beds for sunbathing or just splashing around. It is literally 25 steps from the house to one of the pools!
The house has a private entrance that leads to a large living room with designer furniture and a dinner table area. Dimmer switches give the house a very nice ambience in the evening. In the house you will find four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a large private garden, a sunny roof terrace for up to 8 persons and a private parking space.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms in total. 2 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with 2 single beds.
On the first floor there is the romantic master bedroom in warm yellow and natural colours, with balcony and en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, bidet, toilet) and the designer bedroom in lime and mud colour.
Furthermore there is the greyblue bedroom. Also on this floor you find another bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The red room is downstairs and has a private bathroom (newly built in 2016).
The sunny roof terrace is a delight. Sea views to one side and a view of the famous mountain, La Concha, on the other. The roof terrace has a solarium with lounge chairs and sunbeds, as well as a refreshing shower for warm days.
From the living room as well as from the modern kitchen you step out to a lovely garden with a cozy sunny lounge and dining area. The view is unrestricted, private and quiet, just cattle and rolling farmland. With shade in the morning and filtered sunlight in the afternoon this is a wonderful place to spend the day.
The property has all amenities including wifi, satellite TV with over 100 channels, stereo/cd with Ipod/Iphone connection, a safe, an alarm system, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, microwave, oven and a nespresso machine. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience as well.

Our property manager is available for any queries during your stay, and we have 24/7 maintenance assistance.
Other things to note
If you are ready to make a reservation, please consider below information: Reservations will be accepted based on the accepted profile of the group who wants to stay in the house. We do not accept hen parties or parties of only male or female under age 26. The house is located in a quiet urbanisation, it is not a party house. Acceptance is based on a reference check via your airbnb passport or driving licence reference control and of course availability in our calendar. I am sure all will work out smoothly to make the reservation via our airbnb website.
For groups larger than 6 pp we charge 10 euro per night extra for person 7 and 8 to compensate for the higher laundry and cleaning costs.
After booking, we will send you the contact telephone number of our property manager, the house address and driving directions approx 2 weeks before your arrival per email. Please make sure your email address is provided in this Airbnb system.
Once landed on AGP, we ask you to contact our property manager to agree on your exact arrival time.
The arrival time can have a difference of +30 minutes maximum. Because we can’t let the service wait to long free of charge, above 30 minutes you have to pay a waiting fee of 20 euro per hour, starting from the time you agreed on +30 minutes. A call to the property manager (when leaving AGP airport) before arrival avoids extra costs.
During check-in you will get all property instructions. Our property manager will welcome you and give you a tour in our house with needed information to make your stay comfortable. Relevant information can be found in an orange binder in the house as well.
As a mendatory part of this agreement you have to sign a short rental agreement with our property manager when you arrive. It is a simple contract with details like the paid rental and cleaning costs amount, deposit, status of the total house when you arrive, inventory check. If there is something missing or not working, please make sure you are in agreement with the property manager about the status and everything is working well to avoid disagreements at the check out.
During check-in you will receive keys for all the doors, the alarm remote control and the central gate remote control.
In case of a real emergency you can call our 24/7 assistance. They will service you directly.
In case of any interaction with our property manager for any holiday requests, general questions beyond property management matters, please keep in mind that the service can cost 20 euro per hour.
Cleaning and laundry costs are not included in the rental price.
We have 2 types of cleaning: 1 final departure cleaning which is standard, mandatory and €139,- fix regardless the length of your stay. For rental periods longer that 10 days we have an obligatory extra household service to provide clean linens and towels and other household chores in order to keep the house “in shape”. These weekly maintenance cleanings are at your expense, will be planned with our property manager and will cost between €80-139. If the house is maintained well, the cleaning hours/price will be less. These mandatory weekly cleanings will be organised in consultation with- and paid cash to the Property Manager.
The deposit of 400 euro is not included in the rental price and needs to be paid upfront to airbnb. This is handled and settled between you and airbnb via your booking confirmation. Our property manager will report status within 48 hours, to release your deposit if all is fine when you departure. You get this money returned within 1 week via airbnb.
It is best to rent a car for sightseeing and moving around. You can rent a car for less than 9 euro a day, depending on the time in the year. You can have rentals on the airport fast and easy like Record or Goldcar. Just outside the airport there is Malaga Car, very reasonably priced.

The neighbourhood and neighbours are lovely and relaxed people, some of them are working residents. They understand that you are enjoying the sun and your holiday, but they also appreciate your cooperation to share the park with respect during the day and the night.

The house is for a maximum of 8 people!
More people are not allowed. Keep in mind that the penalty price per day is 225 euro for every extra person more then 8.
