Five minute drive to ORF airport, Botanical garden, Beaches, Naval military bases, Downtown and New Outlet Mall. 10 minutes to CHKD, Hospitals, EVMS, Universities, Fishing piers, Zoo, and ship yards. 15 minute drive to Virginia Beach Oceanfront and Oceana Base. Homeowner not on site. Safe and convenient location for extended stay

The space
Beautiful and quite neighborhood only 20 minutes from Virginia Beach- the quintessential seaside destination, offering miles of sandy beaches, a vibrant boardwalk, and an array of water sports and activities. Norfolk itself has a array of museums, event venues, and restaurants. Your home has a smoke free interior, large fenced-in backyard for kids, and pets. Stone patio in back with iron table & chairs, and newly renovated wrap-around porch in front. Quiet dead-end street on corner lot with PLENTY of street parking. Open space, comfortable and clean upholstered furniture, newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom with ceiling heater and new tile floors. All rooms include televisions. Only the living room and master bedroom have cable service. 2nd bedroom is kid friendly and master bedroom comes with a separate half bath. New HVAC unit installed and touch-screen thermostat you can set on a temperature control schedule. Leave thermostat set to 75 when temperature outside is 95 degrees and higher. (This will keep inside temperature at a comfortable climate per Dominion Power)

Home is equipped with paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, hand soaps, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies upon your arrival.

While being mindful of guest privacy there is a Ring doorbell camera on porch for your safety.

***If your pet is allowed to stay there is a up-front pet charge of $150. The cleaning fee of $150 is already included in your payment.
