🌊 Coastal Studio with Sea Views & Beach Nearby

Relax in our bright & spacious coastal studio apartment overlooking Rathlin Sound and the countryside. This newly built, open-plan retreat features a super-king bed, modern comforts, and stunning views.

Just a short stroll to the beach, 1 mile from Ballycastle, 10 miles to the Giant’s Causeway, and around 45 minutes from Belfast or Derry airports — it’s the perfect base to explore the North Antrim Coast or simply unwind and enjoy the sea air. 🌊

The space
The Tiny Studio House has been designed with an open airy and nautical theme - with an open plan cabin style kitchen with a wooden breakfast bar containing 2 bar stools (74cm seat height) and large living space with extra large triple glazed Fakro windows looking out over chimney tops towards the sea. It's a breathtaking view! Rathlin, Isle of Jura and the Mul of Kintyre can all quite easily be seen on a good clear crisp day.

There is a luxiourous super king sized divan bed (198cm by 180cm) with a high quality Sealy mattress.

Central heating throughout with free wifi and a 26" wall-mounted television (which is proportionate to the space) ... we're not a sports bar:). Plus many other extras.

Freshly laundered 100% linen sheets and duvet cover, soft deep tufted Egyptian towels, but please if you intend visiting the beach, bring your own towels.

The Studio is specifically designed for holidays by the sea all year round. So the property comes with picnic basket, rugs and blankets which give you the tools to use if you fancy a midnight dip at the beach:)

The kitchen area has a sloped ceiling so we have strategically positioned the induction hob and electric cooker with grill, so that you benefit from the highest ceiling point. We have a fridge with freezer box so on hot days you can benefit from the freshly pre-frozen ice cubes.

The large front door leads out onto a secure, private patio (sun-trap) from which you can sit back and enjoy the sound of the waves breaking and birdsong.

The private shower room is fitted with a 1200 x 900 mm walk-in glazed shower enclosure with a Mira Sport Air-Boost electric wall mounted shower.

The property is conveniently situated within the grounds of a private residence and just 5 minute walk from Ballycastle's fabulous Blue Flag beach, this being the Gold Standard for beaches internationally, popular with families, surfers, walkers and sunbathers.

Guest access
The Tiny Studio House has its own private entrance from Drumavoley Road.
Rathlin Sound has its own front door and guests have exclusive access to the outdoor garden/patio area and entire studio.

The private space contains an open plan living space with a superking sized bed and a double sofa, a kitchen with island seating two plus a private ensuite shower room.

There is a farm shop which sells superb quality lamb and beef all locally reared, and an award winning fish and chip shop, as well as beach cafés providing you with all the Irish cream teas and luxury Italian ice creams (Morellies) you might fancy.

Ballycastle is situated on the Causeway Coastal Route and is a great base for exploring the island of Ireland on land or sea, by wave, foot, car or bike in any season.
