This is a self-check-in home. It is fully equipped with towels, body wash, shampoo, kitchen, pots and pans, high-speed Wifi, and a smart TV. Free street parking is available. The free washer and dryer are in the unit. We have coffee available in the kitchen.

The 88 and F and the 72 bus stops are 1-3 blocks away. Collectively, they can take you to Downtown Berkeley, Downtown Oakland, Lake Merritt, or San Francisco. The Bus F is transbay to San Francisco Downtown.

The area is near places to eat and things to do! The neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet with tree lined streets. There are a number of parks, including playgrounds and dog parks, within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes and bars are within walking distance.

The location is near public transit with a rapid bus to downtown Oakland that runs every 15 minutes during rush hour, near the transbay bus stop to San Francisco, and that same bus goes the opposite direction to Berkeley. Ashby BART and Macarthur BART are each probably a 25 minute walk.
