Two story beachfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo located adjacent to the pool in the Iguana condo complex on Iguana Beach near the Marina in Ixtapa. Stunning views of the ocean and adjacent to lawn, pool, outdoor bar and restaurant in the complex. The apartment is excellent for families with children but it doesn't have a crib. Iguana Beach is ~ 4 km long. Numerous restaurants, shops and bars within easy walking distance. The condo was remodeled in 2017. The condo is ~ 12 miles from the airport.

Marias place is amazing with a few steps to the pool , and the beach is the perfect place to relax

This condo was a great base for a week of exploring and relaxation. The apartment is lovely, and the pool and beach are close and beautiful. The cook and housekeeper, Rocio, cooked incredible and inexpensive meals for us. Zihuatanejo is a short taxi ride away. Highly recommended!
