Response from Natalia:
Jose and Justyna do not understand the idea of Airbnb. I am not the owner of the building, but the apartment. Probably they should use hotels, because the owner of the hotel is responsible for the whole building, not just room. The apartment is freshly renovated, clean, decorated with art and new furniture. Jose and Justyna focused on the outer side of the building, rather than on the inside. I am the owner of the apartment, and not the entire building, so I can not answer for the condition, appearance and when there are done renovations. This is a normal residential building in Poland. The building is intimate, because it has only 3 floors, it is a low-rise building and is located 100 meters from the beach and surrounded itself with parks, sanatoriums and hotels. This is the most prestigious place when it comes to locations in Sopot. Evidenced by the presence of a five-star hotel Spa Mera in front of the building. Sometimes when I use Airbnb, the buildings where I live are of varying conditions. But I never had a claim to the owner about it, because I know that the building condition does not depend on the owner. AirBnb is not the hotel. Until now no one had any objections to the appearance of the building from the outside, because guests rent the apartment, not the facade of the building.
Jose and Justyna under the pretext of the facade of the building, they wanted to cancel a reservation the day after arrival. Unfortunately, I could not agree to this. Contact with them was very difficult, they were not replying to messages. On the last day they were late one hour to give back the keys. Because of this cleaning lady had to wait and the next guests had to come later. Jose and Justyna were not feeling sorry for it. At first I was nice, but Jose and Justyna were rude, disrespectful and unpleasant. It is hard to be nice when people are treating you without respect. It is not how they AirBnb works.
