We will meet you at the building lobby and take you to the apartment, Contact details of the person who is going to attend you will be provided 24 hours before the check in date.
The apartment complex is in a vicinity of almost everything within the Radius of One Mile. (Grocery Shops, The Boulevard Mall, Restaurant's,Golf Course, Convention Center, Mono Rail, Bus Stop etc).
The Las Vegas Blvd (The Strip) is 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from the house.
GETTING AROUND IS ONE OF THE MOST CONVENIENT PART, TAXI IS AVAILABLE ON CALL, THE MONORAIL IS 5 MINUTES WALK.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CHARGES ;
1) The picture (Interior & Exterior) of the apartment shown on the AIRBNB is for reference only, The actual apartment may differ, by booking the unit, it is considered that the guest agree to first come first serve policy. The location, layout, amenities, facilities and the description remains same.
2) Upgrade (Optional) ; We have few apartments on a high floor facing golf course/pool/Las Vegas Blvd and has a wooden/tile flooring, granite kitchen top/ stainless steel appliances etc, If you wish to upgrade, there will be a charge of $150.00 per stay, Available options will be provided upon booking confirmation.
3) Housekeeping (Optional) ; Charges applies based on the service required.
4) Admin Fee ; $55.00 Admin fee, per stay per booking applies, will be charged through AIRBNB, once booking is confirmed, This charge is an additional charge other than the price booked and the payment request will be submitted anytime after booking and within 60 days of checkout.
5) Pet Fee ; We allow pets, A charge of $100.00 per pet per stay applies, regardless of the size and weight of the pet.
6) Late Checkout Fee ; $75.00 Per Hour will be charged in the event of late check out after 11.00 AM, unless and agreed otherwise, in writing, through AIRBNB message thread.
7) The apartment comes with ONE reserved car park, If you have more than one car, we can provide you additional car park remote at a fee of
$ 100.00 per car park per stay. The building has a 24 CCTV monitored car park and has a strict towing rules.
8) Mail/Shipment/Packages ; We do not provide any mailing/shipment services, unless agreed otherwise in writing, Additional charges may apply depending on the mail/shipment/packages.
By booking any of our apartments, Its considered that all the above charges is agreed by the guest as a part of our terms and conditions, unless and agreed otherwise in writing.
To avoid any misunderstanding or confusion, We would like to request you to please clarify, if you might have any questions, before booking.
