Beautiful private studio ON THE UPPER FLOOR with a separate entrance in a quiet and safe residential area, 24/7 security booth, excellent location about 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the Mirador in the hotel zone and the exit to Riviera Maya (by car), to visit the most popular parks. Includes internet, fans, air conditioning, hot/cold water, and a smart TV with Netflix.

The space
From 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM you can use the pool located in the common areas of the Residential complex, complying with the Rules that are in it and to live in harmony with the neighbors.

Other things to note
Fully independent access via a staircase in the hallway of the house to reach the upper floor. At the front, you will enjoy a living room and a table, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. There is a ceiling fan and through a door (in the second room) is the bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, smart TV, and a separate bathroom so you can enjoy total privacy.

You will enjoy one of the two studios we have on the top floor. The best thing is that both are totally independent so that you have complete privacy during your stay.
