Great location
90% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
This impeccably appointed large studio has gorgeous light and Catskill Mountain Views. Formally an artist studio, it has undergone an elegant and complete renovation, with a premium tile and glass doored shower, new plaster walls and appliances. It is located on 53 pristine acres fronting directly on the Hudson River. A perfectly located Hudson Valley escape, the studio is located near the village of Germantown, 2 hours from NYC.

The space
The studio is entered from its own private deck. The studio is located off of a large private house that does have other residents. The studio is freshly renovated, bright and airy, and has a loft-like feel. The private deck and large windows looks out on open fields and mature trees. Enjoy iconic Catskill mountain sunsets from the private deck.

Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden I moved to New York City as a teenager to study. I have always loved the countryside and eventually found my way to the magical Hudson Valley. After years of back and forth to NYC I moved my business here and even found my husband - WOW! I have traveled extensively to most corners of the world but I think the Hudson Valley is the most stunning and wonderful place to call home! I host 3 AirBnB's and you can find me on SM @MartinasPlaces
