We think the flat had real character and was particularly good for our little girl who enjoyed the toys and bunk beds. We were comfortable there too. We were able to walk everywhere- 20 min into the centre, very close to campo de fiori and piazza Navona. The early checkout at …

Response from Alessia:
The worse guests I've ever had. They didn't respected the simple house rules and those of good education. Some examples.. They left the apartment leaving garbage everywhere, dirty dishes.. They were 3, and they used 5 beds. I found my own dresses, taken from my cupboard, on the floor. My daughter's toys scattered all over the place. They also used our personal towels instead of guests towels (3 bathrobes in 3 days used for the child), even though in my home it is very easy to recognize my personal towels from guests towels... Since their plane was in the afternoon, they asked me to leave their luggages in the apartment after check out (10.00 am) till 3.00 pm. Of course I agreed but when the maid arrived, at 10.00 am, to clean the apartment for my next check in, she found their dresses, shoes, and all sorts of things scattered in the apartment. When I sent a message to Anelia, her excuse of such behaviour was that it was too stressfull to prepare the luggages before 10.00!!! And she knew I would get a new check in! How can a maid clean an apartment for a new check in with the personal items of the guests scattered all around? It is the first time that this happens to me, usually guests leave their ready luggages near the door, it's normal! When they finally arrived to prepare their luggages, 3 hours later my message, they sat on the terrace (that had just been cleaned) to eat a pizza, under the incredulous eyes of the maid, while their daughter played alone inside, again in the freshly cleaned apartment, ready for the new check in. Panic of the poor maid.. Home sharing cannot become "Mission impossible" for an host! I put everything at the disposal of my guests, but there must be limits! Very rude! Drinking a bottle of champagne doesn't make you a lord! Beware of Anelia and her family!
